From 2005 through 2012, he served as a senior consultant to the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, Austria.

Mr. Melnick holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at the University of Florida.
